5月29日，由我院英語(yǔ)系主辦的2010年大型校園招聘會(huì)在學(xué)院食堂二樓舉行。逾50家用人單位親臨現(xiàn)場(chǎng)招聘，為1000多名現(xiàn)場(chǎng)應(yīng)聘的學(xué)生提供了400多個(gè)就業(yè)崗位。
On 29th May, a large campus job fair was held in the student canteen by the English Department of HNFLVC. It attracted over 1,000 students and more than 50 enterprises, and offered over 400 positions.
筆者在本次招聘會(huì)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)看到，招聘現(xiàn)場(chǎng)秩序井然、氣氛熱烈，每個(gè)公司各式各樣的宣傳展板前都吸引了不少應(yīng)聘學(xué)生駐足觀看。據(jù)英語(yǔ)系主任曹陽(yáng)老師介紹，為確保招聘會(huì)的順利舉辦，在學(xué)院領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的指導(dǎo)及其他系部的支持下，英語(yǔ)系早在一個(gè)月前就開始準(zhǔn)備、策劃，投入了充足的人力物力，并對(duì)用人單位進(jìn)行嚴(yán)格審核，確保此次招聘會(huì)的用人單位都是合法、正規(guī)的經(jīng)營(yíng)單位。此次校園招聘會(huì)共逾50家企業(yè)參加，其中不乏有中免集團(tuán)三亞市內(nèi)免稅店有限公司、三亞亞龍灣高爾夫球會(huì)有限公司、溫州天豪君瀾大酒店、三亞鴻洲國(guó)際游艇會(huì)有限公司等這樣的大型企業(yè)。
Ms. Cao Yang, director of the English Department of HNFLVC expressed that in order to ensure the job fair runs smoothly, the English Department began to prepare and arrange it as early as a month ago, with great efforts from various departments and relevant administrative offices, “we have not only committed sufficient manpower and resources, but also conducted a careful check to ensure that the enterprises are legal and formal. Among all the enterprises, which have a long-term and good relationship with HNFLVC, some are even internationally famous or nationally well-known, such as China Duty Free Group, Visun Royal Yacht Club and so on.”
據(jù)了解，舉辦校園招聘會(huì)在我院已是延續(xù)多年的習(xí)慣做法。但今年的招聘與往年有所不同，往年的校園招聘會(huì)是針對(duì)畢業(yè)生，今年的招聘對(duì)象則多是二年級(jí)的學(xué)生。自我院實(shí)施“2+1”與“2+0.5”人才培養(yǎng)模式以后，學(xué)生要去企業(yè)參加半年到一年的頂崗實(shí)習(xí)，在實(shí)打?qū)嵉墓ぷ鲘徫粚W(xué)習(xí)職業(yè)技能，每年都有大量的學(xué)生因表現(xiàn)出眾而在實(shí)習(xí)企業(yè)直接轉(zhuǎn)為正式員工。頂崗實(shí)習(xí)既為學(xué)生的技能學(xué)習(xí)提供了零距離接觸實(shí)踐的機(jī)會(huì)，又為表現(xiàn)良好的學(xué)生提供早日就業(yè)的可能，同時(shí)企業(yè)能在彼此熟悉的前提下提早物色到畢業(yè)后即能上崗的合格員工。
The College organizes campus job fair annually. With completely different from previous years, the campus job fair this year is available for the 2008 grade students rather than the graduates. Organizers announced that since a new-style talent-cultivation mechanism of “2+1” and “2+0.5”, the students will complete their post-practice in the enterprises for a year before they graduate, and every year a large number of the interns are transferred to formal staff because of the brilliant work.
商務(wù)英語(yǔ)專業(yè)的曾同學(xué)告訴筆者，她除了認(rèn)真學(xué)習(xí)專業(yè)課程外，還在豐富多彩的社團(tuán)活動(dòng)中學(xué)到許多職業(yè)技能、管理能力和交際能力等，自己在招聘會(huì)中一定要好好把握住機(jī)會(huì)。在現(xiàn)場(chǎng)，許多同學(xué)也像曾同學(xué)一樣身著正裝，滿懷信心地進(jìn)行應(yīng)聘。
Under the circumstances of economic crisis, most of the graduates became more rational and positive in their job-hunting. Zeng from Business English major, who paid great emphasis on her practice competence as well as the specialized courses, expressed that she would seize any possible opportunity to find a job. Like Zeng, many students who dressed in suits also applied for job with full confidence and won the favor of the employers.
另?yè)?jù)了解，參加此次招聘會(huì)的用人單位多數(shù)與我院有著長(zhǎng)期的合作關(guān)系，對(duì)我院學(xué)生有非常良好的印象。浙江天豪君瀾大酒店負(fù)責(zé)人表示，“海南外國(guó)語(yǔ)職業(yè)學(xué)院學(xué)生有良好的素質(zhì)，比起其他高校的學(xué)生，他們更能吃苦耐勞且多才多藝，并且在工作中能充分發(fā)揮專業(yè)特長(zhǎng)，帶動(dòng)酒店其他職工共同提升外語(yǔ)水平，為我們建立學(xué)習(xí)型酒店起到了非常大的幫助作用?！?/p>
Most of the enterprises in the campus job fair had a widespread satisfaction with the students of HNFLVC, who are considered more hard-working, versatile and can utilize specialized skills while comparing with the students from other colleges.
